Helping babies sleep in hot weather
In hot weather, wet a baby wrap, put it inside a towel and ring it out... The wrap will be cool but not sopping wet. On really hot days, place it over bubs when they go for a nap. It helps them stay cool and helps them get to sleep.

Many of these conditions have been prevented by immunisations. However not everyone believes that immunisations are a good idea - there are many pros and cons.
Do you believe in immunising babies and children? Why or why not? Are/will your children be immunised?
