New Parenting Tips

Cool relief for kids
We don't have air-conditioning and recently we had a run of 40+ degree days. It was too hot to take the kids outside into the paddling pool, so I ran them a cool bath with lots of bath toys and they spent ages in it! My youngest is not quite sitting so having my arms in the water to hold her up was quite refreshing for me too!

Beating the heat during pregnancy
Keeping cool... Lay on the lounge or in bed - feet elevated, a fan on and wet socks!! It's the best relief for tired, swollen, hot, pregnant feet. Put wet socks on and squelch through the house to your comfy spot.
