A Healthy Path to Motherhood:
Pregnant Women Needed For Research

Are you pregnant? If you are within the first 18 weeks of pregnancy, I invite you to complete a confidential survey about your health habits (eg. eating and physical activity).

This survey will help to identify factors that influence women's health habits during pregnancy. Mood, fatigue, stress, body image, and attitudes toward eating and body shape are among the factors considered. During the second half of your pregnancy, you'll be asked to complete a similar survey.

This research is being run by Jessica Tata (Doctor of Psychology research student; RMIT University) and is supervised by Dr Leah Brennan and Associate Professor Jan Matthews (Parenting Research Centre).

If you are interested and would like further information, or you would like to participate, please contact Jessica at jessica.tata@rmit.edu.au or phone the RMIT Parenting Research Centre on
(03) 8660 3500.

Thank you for considering this research opportunity.
