The Great Kids Fashion Hunt!

kidsfashionreview.com has just launched a fundraiser to help families in both New Zealand with The Neonatal Trust and Australia with The National Premmie Foundation who have a premature baby. Founder Kate Gorman says, "I am thrilled Kids Fashion Review has chosen to support these two charities, as I personally know how important care of premature babies and their families are."

With over fifteen thousand dollars worth of prizes from every major retailer and designer throughout Australasia, participants have a wide range of goodies to play for during the month long online treasure hunt. The sponsors all pay to be involved with all the money going to the chosen charities in New Zealand and Australia. While there will be opportunities for the treasure hunters to donate through the website, there is no charge to participate in the hunt at all. "There are three prize tokens hidden on the sponsors sites each day. Find them, enter and you're in with a chance to win," explains Kate

"In June we successfully raised money for the Ronald McDonald House Charities. The competition delivers 100% of the proceeds to the charity.

Kate believes using an online competition is perfect for her market "We know parents of young children can find it difficult to shop especially at this time of the year. We aim to take the stress out of your Christmas shopping this year with the best children's stores and products showcased during the hunt. This is a competition anyone can enter as long as they have a computer and internet access, making it really accessible to parents anywhere."

Kids Fashion Review aims to connect designers and retailers directly with consumers, providing both the retailers and the purchasers of children's clothing, toys and accessories with an easy way too shop. "We don't sell anything at all,

The site has been fully operational for eight months and is already a popular place for Kate's target demographic; mothers of small children. It has around 240 thousand pages views a month, which is phenomenal growth for a new website. It has two and a half thousand registered members, and regular mail outs go out to thousands of subscribers.

While it does have a wide array of kids fashion designers and retailers advertising on it's site, Kids Fashion Review also includes photographers, baby gear , maternity party supplies and everything child related.

An Online Review site we wanted to offer Australian and New Zealand Designers the Opportunity to showcase their products.

There is no other website in Australasia that allows the Industry's top designers and retailers to connect directly with their consumers.

In just 8 months Kids fashion review has attracted the biggest names in the industry. Kate Gorman says Designers and Retailers realize the benefit of social networking and directly getting their message to the consumer hence the phenomenal success in such a short space of time for Kids Fashion Review.

In these financial times it's all about thinking outside of the box and using the resources you do have to your advantage.

While most people warn against start up companies at the moment Kids Fashion Review couldn't be happier with the direction the site is taking and the support they have received from Australasia's biggest and best companies.
