Introducing the 2009 Charity Bear for Beanie Kids and CanTeen: Lindy-Loo the Poodle Bear

Each year Skansen Giftware releases 1 very special Beanie Kid to help raise much needed funds for a worthy charity and with the help of our retailers and you our customers $1.00 from the sale of every Lindy-Loo the Poodle Bear will go directly to CanTeen.

CanTeen provides many support services for young people living with Cancer - by running over 200 camps, recreation days and programs each year across Australia. CanTeen believes that no young person should go through their cancer experience alone.

Lindy-Loo loves to spend all day at the doggy Beauty Parlour, getting pampered and groomed. Lindy-Loo and her best friend Fifi the Poodle Bear love looking through fashion magazines while they get their paws manicured. Lindy-Loo has won first prize at the BK Dog Show, in the "Curliest Ears" category, but next year she is going to try something different. I've heard that she has bought a hair straightener, so who knows how she will look!
