How do I get my 14 month old twin boys to sleep through the night? I would even settle for most of the night. At the moment they are waking about 5 or 6 times each a night. I average about 2 hours sleep at the moment....

Kirsti Boothroyd
I am the Director and co-founder of Spheres of Success. As
a young mother I suffered from post natal depression so I appreciate
the loneliness, disconnection from the outside world, constant demands
of being a mum around the clock, financial pressure and change in your
social life.
The biggest change for me as a new mum after working
in the corporate world was - who am I now? I had to take time to rediscover
my new identity. I overcame post natal depression the natural and organic
way. I worked with a Life Coach and set some 'heart' goals. What did
I really want out of life? Who did I need to be to make the positive
changes and embrace uncertainty? This gave me my wings back! I am now
delicately balancing career, family and running my own company. I run
workshops all around Sydney along with private consultations.
I am an accredited Life Coach and a Practitioner
of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and work with many clients all
around Australia. I have studied and worked in the field of social and
human research for close to 10 years, both in the private and public
sector. I have also attained a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics
and Geography (Hons) at the UNSW.

that come our way; however we are too busy in our day to day life to
see what is really possible. I don't think mums believe how easily a

Coaching helps you move out of the 'stuck' state and

be as small as putting yourself first just once by catching up with
friends regularly or as large as starting your own company you have

holds you back in life is you and your limiting beliefs and thoughts.
These can all be changed with Life Coaching. It's an extraordinary powerful
tool to get you where you would like to go. As mums we spend more time
planning out our day, planning the daily routine for our kids, planning
a holiday than we do to plan for our dream life. If we don't have dreams,
