Weight loss journey: Sydney based mother of three Kerryn Hoffman has always been interested in nutrition and it was only after having children that she began to have difficulty managing her weight.

After having her first two children Kerryn’s weight fluctuated but it wasn’t until the birth of her third child when Kerryn gained 12 kilograms she decided to refocus on her diet and nutritional needs.
