I hardly eat because I'm never hungry, I exercise a lot and drink plenty of water. Vix's Response Well believe it or not but you may not be eating enough to lose weight!! By hardly eating you are lowering your metabolism and putting your body into fat storage mode. Clearly it is not the exercise that is preventing you from getting your pre baby body back, it is your lack of eating. Start eating small regular meals (about 5 or 6) mini meals, this will stoke your fat burning fire and increase your metabolism and energy.
