How can I rebalance my hormones? My son is now 5 months old and I still feel that I am hormonal.

Vix's Response

Exercise is a great way to help balance your hormones as well as improve your sense of wellbeing and mood. Get outdoors into the fresh air and work up a good sweat!

Speak to your doctor to see if you can take some additional supplements such as evening primrose oil or a special women's multi vitamin that may help stabilize your hormones.

If you really want to go to another extreme, acupuncture is a great alternative method to help with balancing out your hormones.
