What is the best way to make my stomach flat?

Vix's Response

The best way to flatten your stomach is a combination of 3 essential factors.

  1. Diet: low fat eating and eliminating any foods that may cause you to bloat.

  2. Cardio: any form of exercise that increases your heart rate such as power walking with the pram, jogging in the park or gym based machines such as bike, rower or treadmill.

  3. Resistance training: using your own body weight as a resistance such as squats, lunges, pushups, dips and plank or doing a light weights total body program.

Most people think that doing hundreds of crunches per day will create lean abs…WRONG!! It is all about combining the 3 ingredients above to lose the baby belly.
