Reader's Question

I have been exercising for 2 months now after having my baby 5 months ago. My question is - will the size of my bust decrease while I'm still breast feeding? I'm finding exercising harder due to this factor and finding it hard to find appropriate bras due to so much movement.

Vix's Response

Well I guess my first question to you is... what sort of exercise are you doing? If you are finding it uncomfortable to exercise due to your breast size, then I would suggest doing low impact type exercise such as walking and resistance training or even pilates.

Your breast size is due to the milk production so when you have stopped breast feeding your size will obviously come down. Try to buy a very supportive sports bra from a department store or look online for a label that makes specific maternity sports bras. Another alternative is to wear a normal bra with a sports bra over it for extra support.
