Why is it now that I have put on weight and struggling to get back to my pre pregnancy weight? I'm eating and craving foods I've never eaten a lot of and my willpower seems to have disappeared! I am usually an eggs, fruit and veg health freak! Vix's Response Sounds like you may have a hormonal imbalance? Why don’t you go and get a blood test to check or see a naturopath who specializes in hormonal balancing. My other suggestion would be to increase your energy expenditure, because if you are now eating more than usual you are going to have to compensate this with more exercise. Remember it is calories in versus calories out for you to maintain your weight so to lose weight you are going to have to up the expenditure. Vix View more Fitness for Mums Questions and Responses.
