Reader's Question Hi there, I've had two children in the past 3 years (one is 2 and 1/2 and the other is one) I'm definitely not my body type before pregnancy but I'm not too overweight just a little more wobble than before. I'm wondering if you can help me with some at home exercises so lose this wobble, it's everywhere - tummy and lower back especially but arms and thighs as well. Thanks.
