Reader's Question

I live in regional WA where its really hot from 7am till 8pm and when it is cool baby is sleeping. Gym memberships are too costly here, what do you recommend to do to get back to being fit and healthy??

Vix's Response

Yes living in hot weather can be dangerous to exercise in if you are not adequately hydrated. The most important thing to consider when exercising in heat is to have plenty of fluids. Please ensure you have a bottle of water with you while you exercise, as well as before you exercise and after you exercise!

Now in regards to getting back your fitness, It sounds like your best bet is to do an 'at home' program and you are in luck! I have written a 10 week progressive cardio and body conditioning fitness eBook called '10 weeks to becoming a hot mama'. You can do it in the comfort of your own home or outdoors in the park. If you go to my website www.mamamoves.com you can download a copy today from the online shop. Enjoy!
