Mum Zone Competition Terms and Conditions1. Information on how to enter form part of the terms and conditions of entry. Entry is via www.mumzone.com.au/competitions.php. 2. Competitions are drawn monthly and commence at 12:00am AEST on the first day of each month and close at 11.59pm AEST on the last day of each month. Draw dates for the current competition period (1 August 2008-31 July 2009) are:
3. Entry is only open to Australian residents. 4. To be eligible, entrants must complete and submit the competition entry form thus becoming a subscriber to the Mum Zone Newsletter. All entrants must complete the mandatory fields on the form to participate in the competition. The winner must be currently subscribed. 5. Only one (1) entry may be made per person and multiple entries are not permitted. The Promoter, in its absolute discretion, reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process. The Promoter reserves the right to request that a Prize Winner provide proof of age, identity and residency at the nominated Prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Promoter. 6. Incomplete or incomprehensible entries will be ineligible and disregarded. The Promoter takes no responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries. Entry is limited to one entry per person. Only one prize per person will be awarded. Entries that do not comply with the format requirement for entry will not be accepted. 7. Judging will take place at the premises of the promoter (PO Box 639W, Ballarat West, Victoria 3350) at 8pm on the 1st day of the month following the promotional period. Attempts will be made to notify the Prize Winners by email within 7 days of judging. Judging will take place at the premises of the promoter at 8pm on the day after each individual competition's entry period has closed. 8. The Prizes for competition draws consist of the following: Gift Vouchers and Baby Related Items. The prize pool is valued at up to $1800. Other prizes as shown on the Competitions page - each of these competitions is a game of skill, chance plays no part in determining the winner. To enter and be eligible to win, entrants must read these terms and conditions, and must also provide, in the space indicated the Entry Form, an answer to the question displayed for each particular prize. 9. Prize values are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and are correct at time of printing. All prize values are in Australian dollars unless where stipulated. The Promoter takes no responsibility, nor accepts any responsibility for any variation in prize values. 10. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any entries lost in transit or not received by the time of the draw due to technical disruptions or any other reason beyond the control of the Promoter. 11. All entries become the property of the Promoter and will be used solely for the purpose of conducting this promotion. All personal details of winning entrants will be stored electronically. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Promoter. There will be a redraw for any unclaimed prizes no sooner than 3 months from the date of the original draw. If an unclaimed prize draw is required it will be on the redraw date specified in clause 2. 13. The winner's first name and state will be published in the Mum Zone newsletter and on the Mum Zone website. 14. If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned (including but not limited to) technical failures, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition subject to written directions from State Regulatory bodies. 15. As per standard Newsletter Subscription conditions, in addition to the above stated conditions, your email address will be used solely to send you the Mum Zone newsletter and related correspondence. Your email address will not be used for any other purpose, and will not be disclosed to any other parties.
