Returning to exercise after having a baby can be difficult for a myriad of reasons. Our post-pregnancy exercise classes are run by a physiotherapist and designed to allow you to safely and gently begin to exercise again. All exercises are specifically designed to strengthen and reactivate your core and pelvic floor muscles, whilst improving general fitness, strength and flexibility.
